Never agreed to this, never got an email about it, never got an email letting me know the trial was ending. Then, I get hit with another charge about a plug in.
but hours prior when I was emailing about renewing my plan, they answer immediately. I emailed them, explaining the double charge and asking them to refund and cancel. I try to log onto my dashboard and click account to cancel, but it kept bringing me back to the home page and I was never able to see my account. I purchase again, this time it's a double charge and hits my account twice. They told me there is no record of my purchase. Didn't think anything of it until I went to use it and didn't have access. I have as you see really only used the download feature but there is a host of other features waiting in the wings.**** ******* ** * ***** * *** **** ****** *** **** **** ***** ***** I got an email saying my subscription was auto-renewed. So I conclude the Wondershare Service Team deserve 5 STARS and the performance of the Programme itself also 5 STARS. Then I suddenly saw that the programme Wondershare UniConverter 14 was working properly and the download speed was once again 10Mb. Then another team member came to my help showing me by images where to go and I did find the Log files requested. Fortunately, another team member came on line and gave me some indications but still not too clear. However, I did not know where the files were or how to find them. One asked me to send a LOGFILE for analysis by the Technical team. Not only that but I had a succession of 4 team members all trying to solve the download speed problem.
I was upset so contacted the Customer Service Team who responded immediately. The download speed which used to be 10Mb was now 100 +/- KB, as you see terribly slow what took a matter of minutes now was in hours. All went well for a time then somehow went wrong. Then February 2023 I came across Wondershare Uniconverter 14 and decided to upgrade. At the time, my internet speed was 95 Mb. Whereas Wondershare was very easy to use and practically automatically put you into download mode and then did the download in 10Mb speed. I had previously tried 3 or 4 other programmes but were either too difficult to manage or inefficient.
